Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Firing Pin Gun & Pawn website and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Purchases & Firearm Transactions

All firearm purchases and transfers are subject to the following requirements:

  • Background Checks: All firearm transactions require a completed background check in compliance with federal and Arizona state Laws.
  • Age Restrictions: Buyers must be at least 18 years of age for long guns and 21 years of age for handguns.
  • Residency Requirements: Federal law dictates handguns can only be purchased in the buyer's state of residence. An AZ resident can only buy in AZ. Federal law allows interstate purchase of rifles and shotguns provided the transaction is legal in both Arizona and the buyer's state of residence. These have to be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Transfer Fees: A transfer fee applies to all firearms transferred from other dealers.
  • All Sales Final: All firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges on ammunition, firearms, or magazine sales.

Pawn Services

Our pawn services are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Pawn Period: Standard pawn loans are for 90 days with option to extend
  • Interest Rates: Finance charges apply as per Arizona state regulations
  • Item Valuation: All items are appraised at our sole discretion based on condition and market value
  • Redemption: Take back your pawned items any time during the 90 day period by paying off the loan and, for firearms, passing the NICS background check.
  • Proof of Identity: Valid ID required for all pawn transactions
  • Stolen Items: We cooperate fully with law enforcement regarding reported stolen property
